Tricia Hancock Tricia is a clinical hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic
Practitioner. Since 1977 she has been in the field of personal growth and development. A popular speaker, Tricia has the opportunity to lecture throughout California. She is a healing voice in the field of self-awareness and human consciousness. She maintains a private practice here at The Center. Tricia began studying yoga in 1998, and much like her experience with NLP and hypnosis, soon felt the diference in made in her life. Amey Mathews Amey has been teaching locally for 5 years. Her classes blend yogic
philosophy, breath awareness, and asana (postures). Many influences have shaped her love for yoga, and her classes include both
flowing and static sequences designed to stimulate strength and space in the body as well as focus and
ease in the mind. She offers her humble gratitude to the many amazing teachers who have guided her practice; most

Kate Single Kate has primarily practiced under the guiding hands of Victor Dubin and most currently Master Iyengar Instructor Kofi Busia. In 2002 she completed a year long apprenticeship (200 hours) with Victor following the standards set by the Yoga Alliance. In December 2004 she completed a 110-hour teacher training in the Iyengar tradition with Kofi.
Kate incorporates various schools of asana into her instructional style. Her intuitive linking of postures and the breath inspires the students into a moving meditation. Kate is able to provide individual attention for the unique needs of each student. She relies on her insights into the Viniyoga (yoga therapy) tradition with an emphasis on proper alignment. Perry Spencer This popular Santa Cruz instructor will share a special knowledge
of living the fundamentals of yoga. Perry has studied yoga with Ramanand Patel since 1985.
His classes build an awareness that emphasizes the intimate connection between body and mind in which to express
and experince the yoga of spirit. He is the founder of The Reverence For Life Foundation and truly is a
dedicated instructor who enjoys sharing the joy from this ancient practice. His ability
to teach Iyengar with such precision relfects his many years of committed study. It is Perry's
wish that here be no set fee for his classes, but rather donations will be welcome.

Steve Zlatunich
Steve began practicing Iyengar yoga in 1982, and has been teaching since 1990. He currently studies with Senior Iyengar teachers Ramanand Patel and Kofi Busia. Steve is also a body worker, specializing in deep tissue massage and avyuvedic massage since 1990. (831) 662-9132
