Pricing for Yoga Classes:

$15 drop-in rate

Drop-in rates and discounted multi-class packages vary per instructor. Please inquire with the instructor for more information.

Coming to Yoga Class:

  • Consult your physician before beginning this or any yoga program.
  • Advise your instructor if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.
  • Refrain from eating for 2-3 hours prior to class.
  • Wear t-shirts, shorts, footless tights, or comfortable clothing.
  • Be on time. If it is necessary for you to leave early, please do so before relaxation.
  • Roll your mats up and put your props away after each class.
